Farm Yard Cleaning Northern Ireland

Diamond Property Maintenance NI provides farm yard cleaning and agricultural pressure washing across Northern Ireland, covering Antrim, Down, Armagh, Tyrone, Fermanagh and Londonderry. We pressure wash farm yards, clean livestock sheds, dairy parlours and poultry houses, wash down machinery, and carry out biosecurity disinfection for vehicles and equipment.

Why does farm yard cleaning matter for biosecurity? Dirty yards, sheds and shared equipment are how disease spreads between animals and between farms. A proper wash-down and disinfection breaks that chain. We carry out vehicle and equipment disinfection at the standard needed to protect your herd or flock, which is particularly important during disease outbreaks and around movement of stock.

Do you clean poultry houses between flocks? Yes. We clean and disinfect poultry houses in the turnaround window between flocks, when a thorough job is essential and time is tight. The house is washed down, cleaned and disinfected ready for the next flock, helping you meet the hygiene standards your processor or assurance scheme requires.

Are your cleaning products safe around livestock? Yes. We use agricultural-approved, livestock-safe solutions throughout, so sheds, parlours and yards can go back into use safely. Dairy parlours in particular demand disinfectants suited to a food-production environment, and we work to that standard.

We also clean slurry tank areas, wash down machinery and maintain farm buildings, and we can support you around regulatory inspections and assurance scheme audits by getting the yard and buildings to the required standard. Maintenance contracts keep everything on top of the hygiene schedule rather than scrambling before an inspection. Every job is backed by our strong Google reviews, £10M public liability insurance and over 30 years of combined industry experience.
