Gutter Installation Belfast

Diamond Property Maintenance NI installs new and replacement guttering across Belfast and Northern Ireland for domestic and commercial properties. Guttering has one job, moving rainwater off the roof and away from the building, and when it is undersized, poorly fitted or worn out, water ends up running down the walls, into the foundations and behind the fascias. We fit gutters that carry the water where it should go.

What gutter materials do you offer? UPVC for value and low maintenance, aluminium for durability with a lifespan of 30 years or more, and cast iron for heritage and period properties where the look matters and can last 50 years or more. We help you choose based on your property, your budget and how the finished roofline should look.

What does correct installation involve? The detail that makes gutters work is the falls, the slight slope that carries water to the downpipes rather than letting it pool. We set the correct falls, fix brackets securely at the right spacing, fit downpipes and connect them properly into the drainage. Leaf guards can be added to reduce blockages where trees overhang the roof.

UPVC installation runs from £40 to £60 per linear metre, with aluminium and cast iron priced according to material and property. Most domestic installations are completed in a day, confirmed after a site assessment where we measure the runs and check the roofline.

All work is backed by £10M public liability insurance, and at-height work is carried out by PASMA and IPAF certified operatives using proper access equipment. With more than 30 years of combined industry experience, we install guttering that protects the building properly, so you are not dealing with damp walls and overflow every time it rains heavily.
