Soffit & Fascia Cleaning Belfast

Diamond Property Maintenance NI restores UPVC soffits and fascias across Belfast and Northern Ireland, bringing weathered, streaked boards back to a bright, even white. With over 30 years of combined experience we have cleaned the roofline trim on everything from terraces to large detached homes, and we treat the fascias, soffits and bargeboards as one job so the whole roofline matches when we finish.

Why do white UPVC fascias turn green and black? Northern Ireland's damp climate is the main culprit. Constant moisture and shade let green algae and black mould take hold on the north-facing boards, while road grime, spider webs and bird droppings build up in the grooves where rain never quite reaches. Wiping with household cleaner barely touches it because the staining sits in the textured surface of the plastic.

We use specialist UPVC cleaning solutions that lift algae, mould and oxidation without scratching or dulling the boards. Our reach equipment lets us clean first and second floor rooflines safely from the ground in most cases, so there is no need for you to hire scaffolding for a routine clean. Where access is tight, our PASMA and IPAF certified team work from towers or powered platforms.

What is included in a soffit and fascia clean? The price covers the full roofline, so soffits, fascias and bargeboards all get cleaned in one visit, and we can add gutter clearing and a gutter face wash on the same appointment. A typical semi takes one to two hours and costs between £100 and £250 depending on height and the length of the roofline.

Clean fascias matter for more than looks. Removing moss and organic growth keeps the boards from staying permanently damp, which protects the joints and the timber behind them. Every job is carried out by our own insured team, backed by £10M public liability cover.
